Q. When is construction scheduled to begin?
A. Construction of the Park & Ride lot and the completion of Oak Grove Drive started in spring of 2009 and will be completed late in the same year. Construction of a new two lane roadway got underway in fall 2010.

Q. How big is the Park & Ride lot and where will it be located?
A. The new Park & Ride is located on a portion of the property currently occupied by the Pocono Bazaar. It contains 418 spaces. Nine of those spaces are handicapped accessible. The lot is fully lighted and landscaped.

Q. What is to be done with the portion of Route 402 that was constructed in Phase I?
A. At this time, a use for the Rt. 402 graded footprint north of Pond Creek has not been determined.

Q. What is to be done with right-of-way that was purchased but is no longer needed for the new Modifications?
